Finding a great pair of headphones can be daunting, with so many options out there, especially if you want to get them at a good price. Don’t worry—we’re here to help. Sony headphones are among the most respected in the industry, and today, we have some great deals on our favorite ones. They are all at all-time low prices. Let’s go over these hot offers together!
Buy the Sony WH-1000XM5 for $298
All of these offers are available from Amazon. The discount applies to all available color models, regardless of which headphones you buy.
Sony WH-1000XM5
The Sony WH-1000XM5 is the top pick in our list of the best headphones. These offer a fantastic experience in pretty much every department. We gave the Sony WH-1000XM5 a stellar review, but let’s go over some of the highlights here.
For starters, you will get excellent audio quality. Additionally, these have impressive ANC performance, competing only with the best out there. The Bose QuietComfort Ultra are the only ones we would say beat Sony’s high-end headphones, but not by much. We were even impressed by the microphone’s quality!
Of course, these are high-end headphones, so they will excel in every other department. We love the minimalist design. These are also very nicely built and comfortable. You’ll also get plenty of extra features. These include Bluetooth Multipoint, touch gestures, Find My Device support, a really handy app EQ, and more.
If you care for battery life, it will also be hard to beat the Sony WH-1000XM5. We ran these headphones through our standardized tests and were impressed by the results. We managed to get 32 hours with ANC enabled, and that extended to a whopping 53 hours when noise canceling turned off!
Sony WH-1000XM4
As impressive as the XM5s are, we often recommend the Sony WH-1000XM4. These previous-generation headphones offer an experience nearly as amazing as the newer model, but at a much more accessible price. At just $198, you really can’t go wrong with these.
The sound quality and ANC performance are still impressive, even if they don’t quite match the XM5 headphones. The design is also a bit less modern, but they don’t look bad either. They are still very comfortable and well-built.
By the way, these aren’t really “cheaper.” They just happen to be older. The Sony WH-1000XM4 were still high-end cans at launch, and they come with all the great features you can expect from an expensive headset. These come with Bluetooth Multipoint, gesture controls, auto-pausing, and all that.
The only real downside we can think of is that the battery life is not as impressive. Our tests yielded about 20 hours, which isn’t horrible either. It’s definitely a factor to consider, though.
Sony ULT WEAR
Now, if you want to save even more, the Sony ULT WEAR are actually at a new record-low price of just $128. We’ve only seen them hit about $150 in the past. This is quite a deal!
The Sony ULT Wear are a great acquisition if you want a high-end experience without the high-end premium price. Its direct competitors will usually cost more twice as much, if not more. We also found ANC performance to be quite impressive for headphones at this price range. In fact, we list them in our guide to the best ANC headphones.
The design is really nice, and we found the padding and shape to be very comfortable for longer listening sessions. The audio quality is pretty nice, and it even includes 360 Reality Audio. The bass is a bit on the heavier side, which could be a good or bad thing, depending on your preferences. We know many of you love heavy bass. If so, these will be perfect.
Despite the lower price tag, you still get cool features like Bluetooth Multipoint and touch controls. These also feature a 3.5mm headset jack, which is becoming a rarity in the world of wireless headphones. Battery life is also pretty good, as we managed to get about 32 hours of usage out of a full charge.
These are all at record-low prices, so you might want to buy them soon, before prices go back to normal. In fact, we suspect this might happen soon, as the XM5 and XM4 headphones have already held this price for about a whole week straight. I don’t think we’ve seen such deals last this long in the past.
