Lenovo leak reveals TWS earbuds may be added to the Yoga brand

Lenovo’s Yoga brand is best known for its premium laptops and tablets. However, a new leak suggests the company could end up expanding the line to include true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds.
The folks over at Windows Report appear to have obtained renders and leaked information about new earbuds coming to the Lenovo Yoga brand. According to the publication’s sources, the Lenovo Yoga True Wireless Stereo Earbuds are aimed at those wanting a seamless conferencing experience or simple integration with multiple devices.
In terms of design, these earbuds don’t look all that different from Apple’s AirPods Pro. They appear to feature silicone tips, a long stem, a matte body, and a glossy exterior finish. The case itself is also matte with a USB-C port at the bottom, LED indicator, and a pairing button located on the left side.

Based on the report, it seems these TWS earbuds may have a few handy features. One of these features may be an open-to-connect function that automatically pairs the earbuds to your Yoga computer when the case is opened next to the laptop. It also appears to have multipoint connection support, Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), and Dolby Atmos certification. The final feature mentioned is Voice ID, which would supposedly use voice recognition from the laptop in collaboration with the earbuds to enhance your voice during calls.
As for battery life, it appears Lenovo’s earbuds may offer up to 6.5 hours with its 40mAh battery if ANC is turned off. That time is reportedly boosted to 33 hours with the charging case, which may only take a hour to get to 100%.
The outlet claims that Lenovo will announce these earbuds at CES in 2024. However, there’s no available launch date or price yet. In an already crowded market, Lenovo will have an uphill battle on its hands.
