How do I pair JBL earbuds?
If you’ve just opened a new set of JBL earbuds, we understand your confusion in the pairing process. Unlike AirPods, JBL earbuds don’t have a pairing button on the case. So how do you put JBL earbuds in pairing mode? To connect your JBL earbuds, follow these steps:
- Ensure the earbuds and their charging case are charged.
- Open the case and take the earbuds out of their case. The first time you open your earbuds, they will automatically enter pairing mode.
- If the earbuds do not automatically enter pairing mode, you need to manually put them in pairing mode. With most JBL earbuds, this requires you to tap and hold the earbuds for five seconds. You can check the product manual or look up your specific earbud model to confirm whether it is the left, right, or both earbuds that you need to press.
- Once the earbuds are in pairing mode, they will show up within the Bluetooth settings on the device that you want to pair them to.
