TL;DR
  • Bowers & Wilkins has launched the Px7 S2e wireless over-ear headphones.
  • The new headphones are largely similar to the previous headset.
  • Expect to pay $399 for the Px7 S2e.

Bowers & Wilkins is a big player in the congested premium wireless headphones segment, and has now launched the Px7 S2e as its latest pair of cans.

The company is positioning the Px7 S2e as a sequel to the Px7 S2, and the biggest upgrade is a new digital signal processor (DSP) for improved audio, specifically targeting streaming music.

The rest of the spec sheet is very similar to the previous version. Expect the same 40mm drivers, six microphones (with four being devoted to noise cancelation), aptX Adaptive support, and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity.

The Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S2e even has the same quoted battery life and fast charging capabilities as its predecessor. More specifically, you can expect up to 30 hours of playback from a full charge or seven hours with a 15-minute charge.

The new headphones will be available for $399 from the Bowers & Wilkins website or retail partners. The Px7 S2e comes in Anthracite Black, Cloud Gray, Ocean Blue, and Forest Green color options. You can find our full review here.
