Which Bose headphones should I get?

These headphones have very different price points, and they are made for various types of users. Let’s go over each one to help you decide which are best for your specific needs.

The best for most users: Bose QuietComfort Bluetooth Headphones

Apple MacBook Air M3 (13-inch, 8GB, 256GB)

Apple MacBook Air M3 (13-inch, 8GB, 256GB)

The Bose QuietComfort Bluetooth Headphones are great for most users who want to strike a balance between performance and price. These do a great job on the basics without focusing on bells and whistles. The sound quality is decent, and the ANC is pretty good, as it can reduce street noise by about 50-85%.

In our Bose QuietComfort Bluetooth Headphones review, we found these to be very comfortable. The weight is very well distributed by the large cups, and the padding is very comfy. Battery life is also stunning, as we managed to get over 27 hours per charge. We weren’t quite ready to recommend them at $349, but at $199, they are pretty nice!

The best overall: Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones

Now, if you want the absolute best Bose headphones money can buy, these are the ones. The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones are widely respected in the audio industry. This is not only because of their great audio quality but also because these headphones lead the way in terms of ANC. We actually listed them as the top noise canceling option in our list of the best headphones. In our Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones review, we found that it can reduce bus engines, train screeches, and airplane whines by around 87%!

Battery life is also outstanding. We ran these through our standardized tests, and they yielded 27 hours and 37 minutes. They are also very comfortable, support spatial audio, and even come with Snapdragon Sound capabilities. All that said, these are pricey at $429. If you’re getting them today, the $329 deal is a much easier price to justify.

The best for portability: Bose QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Earbuds

Apple MacBook Air M3 (13-inch, 8GB, 256GB)

If you’re a more mobile listener, the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Earbuds will be your best bet. They are wireless earbuds, so they will fit in any pocket. And if you care for quality, these are actually pretty great. They have pretty good audio quality, and are especially enticing to those who like a heavy bass. In fact, we mention these are the best for bass lovers in our list of the best wireless earbuds. They also have a fantastic ANC performance, and these are still on our list of the best noise canceling earbuds.

These are also quite comfortable, thanks to the ovoid-shaped nozzles. Battery life is pretty nice at 6 hours and 11 minutes, according to our own tests. If you run out of juice, just pop them in the case and get some more power. And you can also use these to work out, thanks to the IPX4 rating, which should handle sweat just fine. Our only real complaints were the price and the extra bass. That said, this discount helps with the price, and some of you actually like a bassy audio profile.
