Audio-Technica adds blue/black limited edtion version of M50x headphones
The Audio-Technica M50x headphones are well known and used by top professional audio engineers. This month, the company has launched a limited edition version of the M50x, with a blue/black color combination that’s priced at $169.
The all-new blue color option features black accents on the outside, inside, and on top of the ear cups. Aside from that, the Audio-Technica M50x headphones have the same features as the mother models. It uses 45 mm large-aperture drivers made of rare earth magnets and copper-clad aluminum wire voice coils. The ear cups not only offer excellent passive sound isolation but they can also swivel 90 degrees so users can get quick one-ear monitoring if they need it. The headphones are also collapsible to save space when stored, or when traveling.
If you are a professional audio creator or engineer, and have to spend a ton of time mixing, producing, and tracking sounds and music, then the new blue/black version of the Audio-Technica M50x headphones should let you do just that, while also giving you a cooler look than normal. There’s no word on how limited these headphones will be, but you can purchase them now on the Audio-Technica web site. You can also purchase the same headphones on the site in all black and all white colors, along with another limited edition in red color with gold highlights.
