Apple Airpods have 98% satisfaction in new survey
Apple might not have reached many audiophiles with their truly wireless Airpods, but that doesn’t mean people don’t like them. In fact, a new survey voice assistant conducted by Experian shows that 98% of customers are satisfied with the product. That’s a large number of people.
It’s worth keeping in mind that these people were already customers, meaning they already purchased the product. Chances are, anyone who went out of their way to purchase the Airpods knew what they were getting themselves into and were subsequently happier with their decision. After all, a $200 pair of earbuds isn’t something most people would qualify as an impulse buy. Still, it’s pretty impressive to see so many customers that fell under the category of “Satisfied” or “Very Satisifed”. We were a little more skeptical about the Airpods in our full review, but to each his own.
The survey was conducted to gauge consumer adoption of new technologies, like the voice first interfaces of the Amazon Alexa and Google Home for example. The Airpods just fell under these “new products” that people were surveyed about.
