Xiaomi Mi Sports Bluetooth Headset will launch in China on November 11
The Xiaomi Mi Sports Bluetooth Headset is the latest tech product announced by the Chinese company best known for its smartphones. In this case, these in-ear headphones are targeting the fitness crowd who want more freedom to listen to their tunes while they work out.
Xiaomi states that the headphones weight just 17.8g and offer up to seven hours of battery life, thanks to its 110mAh battery. The Bluetooth 4.1 hardware inside the headphones can link up to two devices at the same time, too. For people who like to work up a sweat while they jog, lift or otherwise do active things while wearing their headphones, the Xiaomi Mi Sports Bluetooth Headset is supposed to have a IPx4 rating for water, which should make it splash resistant and otherwise keep you from ruining them with your activities.
Like many of Xiaomi’s products, these headphones are also pretty affordable, with the company selling them for CNY 149 (about $22). They will officially go on sale in China starting on Friday, November 11. There’s no word on when, or if, the Mi Sports Bluetooth Headset will be released outside of its native country. Would you like to see the Xiaomi Mi Sports Bluetooth Headset sold in the U.S. at some point?
